- We process resume text and job descriptions you provide
- Stored in-memory only during processing (not saved to disk)
- Automatically deleted after your session ends
Payment Information:
- Handled securely by LemonSqueezy (PCI-DSS compliant)
- We do not store credit card details
Usage Data:
- Session cookies to track free tier usage limits
- Basic analytics (page views, feature usage)
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- Process resumes and job descriptions using OpenAI's GPT models
- Enforce free tier limits (2 tailors per session)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Improve our service and user experience
3. DATA SHARING
- OpenAI: Resume text is sent to OpenAI API for processing (subject to OpenAI's privacy policy)
- LemonSqueezy: Payment processing only
- No Third-Party Sales: We never sell your data
4. DATA RETENTION
- Resume data: Deleted immediately after processing (in-memory only)
- Recruiter batch uploads: Auto-deleted after 1 hour
- Session cookies: Expire after 7 days of inactivity

JobSynth is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
