By using JobSynth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

JobSynth provides:

• AI-powered resume and cover letter optimization
• ATS compatibility analysis
• Recruiter mode for batch candidate analysis (Pro only)

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate resume and job information
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
• Not share Pro account credentials
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy before use

4. AI DISCLAIMER

JobSynth uses AI (OpenAI GPT models) to optimize resumes. Important notes:

• AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content
• We cannot guarantee job placement or interview success
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or biased content

5. ETHICAL USE POLICY

Our AI is designed to enhance, not fabricate. You agree:

• Not to misrepresent qualifications or experience
• To truthfully represent skills and achievements
• That JobSynth optimizes wording, not creates false credentials

6. FREE TIER & PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS

7. PAYMENT & BILLING

• Payments processed by LemonSqueezy
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends

8. REFUND POLICY

• Pack (Free): No payment required
• Monthly Plans: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase

9. DATA PRIVACY

See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling. We use cookies for session management and analytics.

10. TERMINATION

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for ToS violations
• You may cancel Pro subscription anytime; access continues until period end
• Upon termination, all session data is deleted

11. MODIFICATIONS

• We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be announced via website banner

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Governing Law: Delaware, USA
• Arbitration: Disputes resolved via binding arbitration (AAA rules)
• Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class actions
